CUSTOMER SUPPORT to a US Department of Health and
Human Service (HHS) contractor in order to resolve complaints from
sight-impaired users. These individuals were not able to read the pages
of the
HHS website because of poor or non-existent eyesight. By adding
specialized
HTML code to each page, I reorganized
top 100 website pages to be compliant with Section 508 of the Americans
with
Disabilities Act (ADA), allowing sight-impaired customers to
“read” the HHS
website.
Founded
and grew web
design company whose mission was to provide exceptional
internet design
and web maintenance services. Marketed for new income sources. Designed
websites for numerous small businesses and non-profits and maintained
and
updated their pages upon request.
