What did you after Athens?
I left Athens in May 1969 and spent two "wonderful" years dodging bullets in Vietnam. I played goalie for the U.S. Military's Asian Team and had the opportunity to play the Asian Cup winner (lost 1-0). In 1974 I attended the Defense Language Institute (Polish) and from 1975 - 1977 served as a linguist in Berlin, Germany. In 1977 I was commissioned in the US Military Intelligence Corps and served with the 101st Airborne Division and later in Korea and Arizona. I retired in 1990 and have since worked a number of intelligence and Homeland Security missions.
